Sesame tahini production process:
Tahini production Line is mainly through Roaster Machine-Cooling Belt -Conveyor -Sesame Tahini Machine- Mixing, Vacuum and Storage Tank, Packaging Machine.

Main Machines of Small Sesame Tahini Production Line

1. Sesame Roasting Machine:
Batch roaster’s working temperature is 200-210 ºC, 20-30 minutes. Use batch roaster will bake some delicious smells.

2. Sesame Seed Cooling Macihne:
The temperature of seeds will also slowly cool down during transportation. Automatic transportation cooling not only saves manpower, but also greatly improves work efficiency.

3. Sesame grinding:
Using colloid grinder to grinding, the fineness of grinding is controlled below 7μm, temperature of grinding is controlled below 68C.

4. Mixing, Vacuum and Storage Tank for Sesame Tahini
Put butter into mixing, vacuum and storage tank, then add various seasonings. After the agitation of the rotor of mixing, vacuum and storage tank, the flavor of peanut butter can be stirred more evenly, and it is suitable for mixing and stirring different materials, and can also be used for heat preservation in this process.

5. Sesame Tahini Packing Machine:
The peanut butter filling machine mainly packs the peanut butter into bottles, and also has a machine for packaging peanut butter into bags. We will equip the machine according to customer requirements.
