Description

The peanut butter production line is fully automatic, it can make 200 kg, 300 kg or 500 kg peanut butter per hour. The color of peanut butter is yellowish brown, and the texture is delicate and delicious. It is commonly used as a seasoning for noodles, taro, bread or salad, and is also a filling ingredient for sweets and sweet buns.

Peanut butter production process: lifting, continuous baking, cooling, lifting, peeling and half-grain, selection, storage, lifting, rough grinding, fine grinding, receiving, seasoning, cooling, vacuum, filling.

1. fully automatic peanut butter production line –Roasting:
Batch roaster’s working temperature is 200-210 ºC, 20-30 minutes. Use batch roaster will bake some delicious smells.

Peanut will be send cooling belt to cool.

Put the roasted peanuts into peeler to take off the red skin, the double rollers will frication the red skin, the simple cyclone system will suck the red skins, most of them will be put in half-piece, then fall to the selecting conveyor, the over-roasted andun-blanched peanut kernel is picked up by manual or mechanical.

4. fully automatic peanut butter production line –grinding:
Using colloid grinder to grinding, the fineness of grinding is controlled below 7μm, temperature of grinding is controlled below 68C.

5. fully automatic peanut butter production line –Mixing:
Make the butter more homogeneous.

By the filling machine, the finished peanut butter is packed into 100g/200g/500g/1000g bottl
